Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using CryptoJar.cc, the Discord bot (@Cryptojar community bot), or any associated web services, games, and tools.

01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CryptoJar.cc website (the "Site"), connecting your Discord account, interacting with our Discord bot ("Bot"), playing mini-games, painting on the collaborative pixel canvas, participating in task bounties, or sending donations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using all CryptoJar.cc services.

02.Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use our platform and Discord bot. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Authentication is provided through third-party OAuth providers (such as Discord, Apple, or Google) and public Web3 wallets. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your credentials and linked accounts. Any activity conducted through your authenticated account is your sole responsibility.

03.Discord Tipping, Donations & Refund Guarantee

Users may choose to support CryptoJar.cc by tipping supported cryptocurrencies to the official @Cryptojar community bot in Discord.

Automated Safety Prompt: Every tip generates an interactive confirmation prompt requiring the donor to actively confirm or cancel the contribution.
100% Refund Protection: If you select "Cancel" or if no action is taken within the 5-minute timeout window, 100% of the tipped amount is automatically refunded back to your CryptoJar.cc wallet balance without fees.
Irrevocable Upon Confirmation: Once you explicitly confirm a donation, the contribution is final, non-refundable, and transferred to the community treasury supporting platform infrastructure and ecosystem development.
No Goods or Equity Offered: Donations are voluntary gifts. They do not constitute an investment, loan, security, equity stake, or purchase of financial securities.

04.Virtual Items, Pixels & In-Game Credits

CryptoJar.cc features virtual items including, but not limited to, pixel placement credits, game scores, and task reward points.

Virtual items are intended solely for entertainment, art creation, and gamification on CryptoJar.cc.
Virtual items, pixel artboard credits, and mini-game points have no intrinsic fiat value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and do not establish a property right or monetary deposit.
CryptoJar.cc reserves the right to manage, regulate, modify, or reset virtual balances, game leaderboards, and canvas states at its sole discretion for balance or maintenance purposes.

05.Community Code of Conduct & Prohibited Uses

When using CryptoJar.cc, you agree NOT to:

Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, macro recorders, or speedhacks to manipulate mini-games, leaderboards, or pixel placements.
Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious task bounty submissions.
Paint hate speech, explicit illegal imagery, harassment, doxed private information, or malicious URLs on the collaborative pixel canvas.
Attempt to exploit, decompile, DDoS, or disrupt our backend infrastructure, WebSocket relays, or Discord bot services.
Impersonate platform administrators, moderators, or official bots.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, removal from leaderboards, pixel canvas bans, and blacklisting of associated Discord IDs and wallet addresses.

06.Intellectual Property & User Content

All platform software, user interface designs, brutalist branding, code, and original assets are the proprietary property of CryptoJar.cc.

By placing pixels or submitting content on the collaborative canvas, chat, or task market, you grant CryptoJar.cc a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, archive, broadcast, and showcase that content as part of the platform's history and promotional materials.

07.Disclaimers of Warranties

CRYPTOJAR.CC AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from server outages. You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, network congestion, third-party node downtime, and cryptocurrency market volatility.

08.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CryptoJar.cc, its founders, contributors, or moderators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, virtual items, or digital assets resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

09.Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
