B. Blockchain & Tip Transaction Data

When you interact with the Discord tip bot or donate, public on-chain metadata (cryptocurrency type, transaction amount, confirmation timestamp, and status) is recorded to process confirmations, refunds, and aggregate public treasury totals.

C. Gameplay & Community Activity

We store your in-game scores (for public leaderboards), pixel placement coordinates on the collaborative canvas, task bounty completion records, and chat presence.

D. Technical Logs & Security Metadata

Our servers automatically log IP addresses, browser user-agents, request timestamps, and session identifiers to combat malicious bots, prevent DDoS attacks, and enforce anti-cheat systems.

02.How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

To authenticate your session and preserve your account preferences across devices.
To track and display public high-scores, donation leaderboards, and pixel canvas history.
To process automated Discord tip confirmations and execute 100% automated refunds when requested or timed out.
To identify and prevent bot abuse, multi-accounting, exploit exploitation, and security threats.
To diagnose infrastructure performance, database latency, and API bugs.

03.No Sale of Personal Information

We do NOT sell, monetize, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing companies.

Your data is utilized solely within the CryptoJar.cc ecosystem to provide an authentic, safe, and engaging community experience.

04.Cookies & Local Storage

CryptoJar.cc uses strictly necessary first-party session cookies (e.g. encrypted JWT tokens) to keep you authenticated.

Security Flags: All auth cookies are protected with HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and SSL encryption in production.

05.Third-Party Integrations & Public Blockchains

Our platform interfaces with selected third-party services:

Discord API & Bot Gateway: Interacting with our Discord bot is governed by Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Public Blockchains: Cryptographic transfers and wallet addresses are publicly broadcasting on decentralized networks (such as Solana). Due to the nature of blockchain technology, transactions recorded on-chain cannot be altered or erased by CryptoJar.cc.

06.Data Security & Retention

We implement robust administrative, technical, and cryptographic safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure.

We retain account data only as long as your account remains active or as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain platform security.

You maintain control over your data on CryptoJar.cc:

You can unlink connected OAuth providers anytime via your Profile Settings.
You may request the deletion of your account and associated off-chain records by contacting our team.
You can clear all local browser data and cookies at any time through your browser settings.

08.Children's Privacy

CryptoJar.cc is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take prompt steps to delete such data.
