Please read this entire notice carefully before you use Guilds of Eldermarket, send ADVC, purchase in-game value, or rely on any game-related information. By continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms below.
1. Development Status
Guilds of Eldermarket is an active development project. Systems, game balance, wallet flows, UI behavior, transaction handling, reward logic, store content, progression values, and backend services can change at any time while development continues. Features may be added, removed, paused, replaced, or reset without advance warning. Temporary instability can happen. Delays, bugs, visual errors, sync issues, partial outages, and maintenance windows are possible.
You understand that this is not a finished product and not represented as final software. During development, expected behavior may differ from previous versions or examples. If a function behaves differently after an update, this can be the normal result of development iteration, balancing, security adjustments, or technical constraints.
2. Responsibility And Losses
Participation is at your own risk. The platform owner and operator is not responsible for player losses, missed opportunities, timing differences, market movement, wallet mistakes, third-party service failures, user-side security failures, device compromise, browser issues, local malware, or incorrect user actions such as sending funds to wrong addresses.
Money or ADVC used on this platform is considered spent for gameplay, development participation, and platform utility. You must not assume automatic reversibility. In general, there is no guaranteed right to recover ADVC once used, deposited, converted, or consumed in platform flows.
A review may be considered only when there is evidence of a verified platform-side fault. Even then, review is not automatic approval. Any investigation depends on available data, logs, on-chain records, timestamps, account history, and reproducible proof.
3. Refund And Recovery Position
Default position: no refund, no reversal, no guaranteed recovery. Exceptions are limited to confirmed platform errors attributable to this platform. For any exception review, you must provide sufficient proof. At minimum this includes your account name, transaction hash, date/time, involved address, and a clear description of the issue. Additional evidence may be requested.
Claims without verifiable proof cannot be acted on. Claims based on assumptions, screenshots without transaction references, or incomplete details may be declined. Review outcomes are final within practical operational limits.

5. Blockchain And Technical Risk
Blockchain interaction includes inherent risk: network congestion, delayed confirmations, chain reorganizations, mempool behavior, fee variance, stale reads, API lag, RPC outages, and node desynchronization. Explorer values and wallet displays can temporarily differ based on cache windows, endpoint behavior, and indexing state. Displayed data should be treated as informational and may update after re-indexing, confirmations, or backend refresh.
The platform may rely on third-party dependencies and infrastructure components. These can fail or behave unexpectedly. No uninterrupted availability, perfect uptime, instant finality, or error-free operation is guaranteed.
6. Security And Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your own device security, credential hygiene, session safety, and operational caution. Use strong passwords, avoid credential reuse, and secure your environment. If your account or device is compromised due to user-side causes, the platform owner is not liable for resulting loss.
Never share sensitive credentials. You are responsible for actions executed from your account. If suspicious activity is detected, you should report it immediately with relevant evidence and timeline details.
7. Gameplay Economy, Conversion, And Utility Notes
In-game utility settings (including conversion assumptions such as ADVC-to-gold rate) may be adjusted during development. Store items, boosts, cosmetics, and utility purchases are intended for in-platform use and progression, and are not guaranteed to hold external value. Balance patches, economy resets, sink/source adjustments, and feature recalibration may occur to maintain platform integrity.
You acknowledge that gameplay assets and virtual values are platform utilities, not bank deposits, not securities, and not guaranteed redeemable claims.

The owner may prioritize security and stability over feature continuity. Emergency patches may be deployed without prior notice.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the platform owner and operator will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to platform use, inability to use the platform, data inconsistencies, wallet events, third-party outages, user error, or market effects.
